Question Focus Topics for a School Board
Originating in the classroom, the QFT has been extended for use in parent engagement, health care, voter engagement and microdemocracy advocacy. Participants explore a specific topic using varied ways of thinking in order to open up the possibility for previously unthought of action or solutions.

As a facilitator you would be able to create a workshop-type environment (probably at a sub-committee meeting) and set a question focus (QF) for the Board. A single prompt (question focus) could be a photograph of a school event, or an issue, like home time congestion at the school gates . It could be a thermometer graphic used to show donations or school fair income.
Or it could be similar to one of the following word prompts:
-
Teacher recruitment
-
Carparking at school
-

-

-
